Fifteen Years and Building

We are in our fifteenth year of business at Tenant Construction. We've been busy serving many construction managers and store development teams nationwide.

We employ salaried Superintendents and subcontract experienced local trades specializing in retail store construction. Superintendents manage each project onsite from start to finish. They ensure projects are completed with quality finishes and firm deadlines. Local trades ensure competitive market pricing and their relationships with building officials keep projects running efficiently. Warranty work is also managed through local subcontractors in order to provide immediate attention to store maintenance needs.

Our management team is uniquely qualified from the corporate side of construction management and retail operations. We are recognized as one of the nation's "Top Retail Contractors" in the 2009 May/June edition of Commercial Construction Magazine.
